"This is a product that I like to keep on hand when life gets too stressful. When too much is going on and your mind jumps around too much. Mild enough for children too. That's why I get the smaller dose. Adults can take as much as 750mg. Safe, consider it a spark plug for the brain. Relaxing."

"Highly effective product. Exercise caution, it can cause disturbing dreams, and depression if taken for too long. I had to start taking Sam e and St. Johns Wart to offset the imbalance it created."
