"I've been taking Country Life: Prosta-Max for over 5 years now and it really works for me. You can increase or decrease the dosage to meet your current needs I've tried others with ingredients were very close to the ingredients of Prosta-Max and some worked well (cost more), some did not. As a bonus, most of the ingredients cover most of your mufti-vitamin needs as well."
