"This helped me gain weight and allowed me to put on more muscle in addition to the increased weight i was able to lift. Take it before bed and you will wake up with lots of energy. Great taste for a product like this and little clumping. I would stick with this over other products just because it is pleasing to drink instead of being a chore."

"My son has been drinking the shakes twice a day for a few months. He usually has trouble gaining and maintaining weight. I notice a difference in his appearance. I think the taste is OK. It's kind of neutral and definitely has no after taste. It's not sweet. He doesn't think the taste is so great but he likes the results. You could add ice cream or something else to help the flavor."

"I have tried alot of different protein products and this one is my favorite for sure,it is a very high quality protein powder.The vanilla taste is absolutley delicious if you mix it in milk. I really recommend this for skinny people trying to gain some muscle,one of my friends got some pretty good gains after using this.Hoewer,if you are trying to lose fat then you should probably go for optimum nutritions standard gold protein. "I've used other weight gainers but N Large II has proven to be the best. Growing weight without fat is not easy but this product makes it possible. I feel the power when I drink it and go for work out. Due to plenty of proteins its also recommended after workout. If compared to other weight gainers or even protein powders it very easily soluble and thin when dissolved . Doesnt decrease your appetite as other weight gainers do, so you can continue with your regular meals along with adding this shake between your meals. Great product and hasnt been really challenged atleast in last four years."
