"It's a little pricey but is worth every penny paid for it! Tastes very good by itself, on a salad, on rice, boiled potatoes (just allow any hot food to cool down before you dress it with this oil). Its taste almost disappears if mixed with juice or milk shake. Overall, a very good tasting supplement that provides EFA from plant sources if you have a problem taking fish oil."

"Since taking Udos Omega 3 my nails have gotten stronger and they are actually growing!! I have had many hang nails and don't get them any more. My heels are not dried and cracked and they actually feel smooth. I look forward to taking the oil 2 times a day. Great product."

"Ok, i have been taking omega vitamins for many years, most say take 4-6 a day (for the normal person.) well, i work out and its recommended to take almost double that amount to help keep the body in repair and healthy...thats alot of pills. This is liquid for one and for two its all three omega's in one at a much higher dose that pills! i take a tbsp with each protein shake and it even makes most shakes creamier and easier to drink! nice bonus. i think its way worth the price and will not stop using it. ooh and btw, it was recommended to me by a physical fitness trainer..."

"This supplement does not taste well by it's self. I have to add it to a smoothie of fruit and rice milk. Cant tell that it's in the smoothie. Seems to be a great supplement..must be added to something to off set the oily taste."

"I add it to my smoothies along with a fiber powder, cinnamon, greens powder, frozen fruit, acai juice, noni juice, mangosteen juice, gogi juice, ice and any other juice (crabberry, pomegranite, coconut, pineapple, etc.) and sometimes yogurt too! This is a must for me and it's cheaper than from the natural grocers"

"I was encouraged to take this by a friend. I feel better, think more clearly, and don't get so cross. The last two effects were very unnexpected, but wonderful. I can tell the difference when I run out. Now I buy 2 bottles and freeze one. It can be foren up to 6 months. I pour it on cereal, pasta, salad. Enjoy!"

"Great way to get your EFA's without the use of fish oils. You don't gain weight from healthy fats; if anything you will maintain or lose from them! Only complaint is that the product doesn't come in a smaller, less expensive bottle. Product lasts up to 2 months in the fridge but if I travel and can't bring it with me, whatever is waiting in the fridge might go bad. A smaller bottle would enable me to bring it along and not worry about this. A smaller bottle will also give people a chance to try it without fear of spending so much on the larger bottle."
