"I was told that the hydroxyapatite in this calcium supplement is very absorbable. I recently had a full blood panel done in which calcium was part of it. The results showed my calcium to be in the normal range.

I take half the daily dose on the bottle. Caution is needed: this type of calcium can cause muscle aches if taken too much on a daily regimen. I know from first-hand experience."

"I love that this supplement comes in capsules. I do not like taking the tablets. I used to suffer from leg cramps which go away within days of taking this calcium/magnesium. If I get lazy and am not consistant with taking, the cramping come back."

"I really like this brand of vitamins. I am vegan, and Country Life offers a good variety of vegan vitamins at a good cost. No problems to report with the Calcium-Magnesium with Vitamin D Complex. Easy on my stomach. Pills are in capsule form, which is nice (because you don't have to taste them as you swallow them)."
