"When you need your calcium fast, grab a couple in the morn, then a couple in the evening, for your recomended portions. I take my liquid target mins quickly, but its expensive. Get only 400 from my spirutein drink and need the extra. My 86 y.o. Mom uses them well. They will stick in my teeth and one must brush after use."

"After gastric bypass, they really want you to get the calcium down, but trying to take six horse pills with a stomach the size of an egg was killing me. Fortunately, a friend turned me on to these chewables. Worth every penny!!!!"
"This is the only Chewable Calcium Citrate I have found, and I have searched everywhere. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the orange vanilla flavor. They should stick with just the orange, adding the vanilla does not give it the best taste, although it's not a really bad taste either."

"The flavor of this calcium isn't the best. It is sour and has almost too much vanilla for my taste. Other than that it's good. I've not had time to take enough of it to see the effectiveness.
