"I have six children. I have searched high and low for a for a delicious vitamin and have gone through at least twenty brands.I have ended up eating a lot of them as not to waste or throw them out because the kids would not eat them! The problem was that if they tasted like candy...they probably were; as the nutritive value was just not there. We received a sample of these vitamins and the kids LOVED them. They are wonderful and we were delighted to see the fantastic nutrition they contained. As far as taking four a day...that is not a problem. In fact it is now a matter of cutting the kids off and hiding the bottle. In fact I had to forcibly cut out the two older kids (21&18) that really enjoy them as well and tell them to leave them for the younger ones!!"

"Palpable taste if not visual appeal with coloring from beet juice at least would have made these edible. My children gag at the smell and cannot get them down unless they are taken WITH candy. I was trying to avoid the sugar, that's why I bought them, but they won't even take them."

"What's easy to find in a kid's vitamin pill now adays? A ton of sugar, artificial everything and plenty of food dyes. It makes finding a truely healthy vitamin supplement difficult to find.
Kids don't really care what they are eating in a vitamin, but I do. I like the fact that these kids' vitamins are healthy and without the stuff my kids don't need (but will consume anyway if I let them). They don't look or taste like candy and that's a plus in my book. What they are is good for my kids and they fill in any "gaps" in their nutrition (all of my children have food allergies).
The only drawbacks are they are not available locally and I have to plan in my budget for their replacement as they are a little bit more expensive than the cheap, junky stuff you find in the stores."

"I was so excited to find this vitamin, packed full of good quality nutrients. I had read the reviews about a not so great taste, but my son is VERY willing to take his vitamins and supplements and the taste is usually not a deterrant. Well...these are just awful. I don't expect a candy coated vitamin, but even as an adult, I think these have a terrible taste. My son has to chew a piece of pineapple with each one to choke it down (to show you how willing he is to take the vits!) This is a kid who loves broc and avocado and brussell sprouts...so he's willing...but these are bad. I really wish the taste was better, b/c these really are great otherwise!"

"At least half of the supplements I take are of the NSI brand. I've grown to trust the name and quality behind NSI, so when it was time to purchase a chewable multi for my daughter, I did not hesitate to purchase this product. Unfortunately, my daughter was not able to tolerate the taste and spit it up, along with a bit of vommit. I tried one myself, and it was indeed horrible. Hopefully NSI will make great strides in improving the flavor. If they do, I may consider giving it another try."

"I purchased these vitamins because of the ingredients, are a good value for the money and I really trust the NSI name -- I take several of their supplements myself -- unfortunately, my kids really didn't like the flavor of these vitamins. They are kind of a sweet, sour and tart -- I tried them in hopes of proving my son wrong -- turns out I could have won a spitting contest afterwards, lol! They have tried other children's vitamins prior to this brand, so this wasn't their first experience taking vitamins. I wish the taste was more appealing for my kids because these are really great vitamins."

"These vitamins have a funky taste. I don't know how to describe it other than a "vitamin" or slightly sour taste. My daughter refused to eat them, and actually spit them out. I loved them. It was like an acquired taste, but eventually I found myself really enjoying them. Wish my daughter could have done the same, especially since you have to eat 4 of them. We won't order these again.
