"Creatine makes you stronger but not like a testosterone supplement like Animal Stak. Bloated me a little so I'm going to try a different type of creatine which suppose to be easier on your stomach. This is one of the few supplements that work. I would recommend the EFA with mood support from NSI, Animal Pak and Animal Pak Stak. I like taking Metrx original in the packets with raw oatmeal, fiber and creatine. Please don't waste your money of fat burners. they provide good energy but it is not for everyone = loss 5 lbs but = burnout after a month = fatter than before. Just use creatine, caffine, green tea or something safe."

"I've never used creatine before, so I didn't know what to expect. This product definitely works, and I could feel (and see) a difference within the first two weeks of using it. The first week was a load week, then I have alternated load weeks with maintenance weeks. I've had no cramping or adverse effects. Just make sure to hydrate like the bottle says. "i consider myself a "hard gainer" and have trouble putting on weight or mass. After a few weeks of this.....i gained 5 lbs no problem! I didnt use it as "loading", just a scoop mixed with my Whey Protein in the morning, and another (mixed with Whey) after a workout......and i do see a size increase. NO stomach problems at all with this.....and a jug will last quite a long time..... This is the best value ive seen in a long time."

"I bought this creatine to gain weight and, after the first week of using it in conjunction with working out at the gym, I noticed an initial gain of over 10 pounds! As mentioned by some other commenters, I realize that much of this was water weight so I completed the initial load and continued with the daily supplement, also using L-glutamine and AAKG3000. I've been fluctuating between a 7-12 pound gain since I first started using it, but I am confident that at least 7 pounds of new muscle have been gained thus far and I am continuing to supplement it with my workouts. Also, I had no upset stomach or anything from using this product, just weight gain. When used with the L-glutamine and AAKG3000, I have been able to increase the amount of weight I can lift, I have more endurance in the gym, and I experience practically no soreness after workouts from day to day. Also, the can should last quite a while since so little is required each day - I've barely made a dent in this one. All in all this seems to be a great product for a great price and I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to build muscle and gain weight because it really has worked for me."
