"I have had vericose veins and hemorrhoids of varying severity since since I was a young (and pregnant) woman. Physicians suggested surgery. However, I have been able to shrink the 'roids so that there is no discomfort/symptoms at all. My legs look 100% better; the vericose veins are much less noticeable.Granted, this is (I think) the result of long term healthy eating and a whole regimen of carefully orchestrated supplements and toning down of the intensity of exercise to include more stability training and fluid movements,e.g., yoga and pilates in addition to cardio and weights. However, I honestly do feel that this product has helped tremendously. I tried another product for about a year with weak results. There's a lower dose of this product, but it is taken X3 daily. I prefer the single strong dose at the beginning of the day taken with breakfast. It is worth noting that I 1) am not young 2)have dealt with extremely serious illnesses. So if I can see these improvements, anyone should be able to achieve some improvement in these circulation problems."
