"There are a lot of ZMA products out on the market, all basically composed the same. So to make sure I don't lose the initial feeling I receive from taking a product I had tried to switch every 2 months. Well I stopped switching after I found this ZMA. I have been on the product for over 2 months and still can feel the difference from this chemical makeup, and there is no way to beat the price. I will probably not change products for a very long time."

"product didn't really provide any type of testosterone boost. As a sleep aid, in my opinion, it's a placebo. Its ingredients of zinc and vitamins does provide health benefits. But you can obtain that same effect by purchasing a less inexpensive multi-vitamin/mineral product."

"I have tried other testosterone enhancers; such as, Novadex XT and have had great results. Recently, I cleaned myself of most synthetic supplements and went as natural as possible using only whole food vitamins/herbs and very little synthetic vitamins to supplement for weight training. While using ZMA as my only testosterone enhancer, my levels increased a near 20% over a 3 month period. 6.71 increased to 8.00. I have always been able to stay fairly lean, but by keeping my levels elavated naturally does help w/ that. ZMA seems to be a natural way to elavate testosterone without side effects."

"ZMA is great stuff to take before bedtime. It not only helps me to sleep better/deeper, it helps me to get back to sleep quickly even after getting up to use the bathroom. In the morning I've noticed I'm a bit of a sleepy head, but the drowsiness wears off quickly. I've also noticed dreams that are more vivid/fun. The great thing about ZMA is the simplicity of it's formula. Zinc, magnesium and a bit of vitamin B. All of these are needed for good health, but in this combo and taken before bedtime, this simple formula makes for powerful health punch while helping you sleep. It's great! I recommend it to anyone, especially people who have some trouble sleeping without resorting to taking narcotics or melatonin. Getting a full night's rest is priceless.
