"Any athletes/mortals that are training seriously need glutamine supplementation... bodybuilders take it because they believe that it helps with muscle synthesis but to me the advantages go beyond that. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and the main fuel for the immune system... if you've ever trained hard enough... you've probably gotten to the point where you start getting cold easily... if you havent experienced this then you're not training hard enough! Anyways, glutamine can help with... so you can train harder and more frequently... this NSI product is awesome because its pure glutamine... unlike those other product out there that mix dextrose with it to save money.... if glutamine doesnt dissolve EASILY in your water then its not pure glutamine and dont buy it!"

"Every site says this is one of the best supplements, but I didn't notice a huge difference in recovery from workouts. I won't buy this again since it only helps a little but it might work better for you. I prefer Animal stak and creatine since this product is so costly for what you get."

"My bariatric doctor recommend L-Glutamine to reduce my craving for sweets. It is also used by alcoholics to reduce alcohol craving. Seems to work ok. I add a teaspoon to my "shake" snacks, which are made with two scoops of EAS 100% Whey Protein and an 8 oz glass of water."

"Other L-Glutamine Powders I have tried gave noticeable results...whereas this one makes me wonder if it is actually working.

Also other powders I have tried had barely any taste at all, this product changes te flavor of anything I add it too.

The price however cannot be beat...but I am not sure it's worth it to have a whole lot of bad tasting powder that makes me wonder if it's working or not...

So far the best I've tried is from Jarrow Formulas, but it is expensive.."

"I've just started taking this product so I don't have a long time customer review. It does have all I need in the ingredience. I've done extensive research on the need for & benifits of the ingredients, all get an A+. I'm older but still find time & need 4 exercise & good health. Only problem I have with it is no scoop came with it as promised, so I had to use another product scoop for it. This was an inconvience for me to get started taking it. Fantastic product!
