"I have been using this product for about a month. I had read it was supposed to help boost your metabolism and help you to lose fat.

So far, I have seen no results at all, so don't believe the product is effective in that regard."

"Very convenient and portable. Capsule is a little big if you are sensitive to large capsules. However, my hair is shiner and I notice I keep weight off my abdominal region a little easier without much change in my diet and/or exercise."

"Only one thing I noticed that can be improved: The softgel form I noticed it is not broken down as fast as it should be in your digestive tract. I noticed in my bowel movement, the soft gel was expelled completely intact."

"The softgels are so much easier to take--couldn't stand trying to gag down the raw oil. However, the softgels are much more expensive!"
