"These pills are big and hard to swallow. On more than one occasion, I have noticed that these pills are not absorbing in my body like they are suppose to. I think the quality of the oil is not bad but if it literally goes in one end and out the other, it's kind of pointless."

"I have been using this product for about a month. I had read it was supposed to help boost your metabolism and help you to lose fat.

So far, I have seen no results at all, so don't believe the product is effective in that regard."

"Very convenient and portable. Capsule is a little big if you are sensitive to large capsules. However, my hair is shiner and I notice I keep weight off my abdominal region a little easier without much change in my diet and/or exercise."

"Only one thing I noticed that can be improved: The softgel form I noticed it is not broken down as fast as it should be in your digestive tract. I noticed in my bowel movement, the soft gel was expelled completely intact."
