"Kind bars are a great alternative to the over priced power bars filled with ingredients you can't pronounce. They have significantly less "ingredients" over most health/protein/snack bars! The best part is that they are Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Low GI, No Trans fats and low sodium. The Sesame Chocolate ones are addictive. You will feel like you are eating a candy bar, but without the guilt. I've gotten my "junk food junkee friends" hooked on them."
