"I had a baby 3 1/2 months ago and wanted to lose that last 15 lbs. This didn't really do much, but I haven't been as consistant as I should be after not really seeing any results. I think if I stayed consistant with workout I would see more results. My diet has been great, but I haven't been at the gym as much as possible."
