NSI Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl -- 500 mg -300 Capsules

Acetyl L-carnitine (ALC) is the acetyl ester of the amino acid L-carnitine and is similar in form to the amino acid L-carnitine. It's absorbed into the bloodstream more efficiently than L-carnitine and passes more easily through cell membranes and is utilized more efficiently in the mitochondria of the cell. ALC assists in the transport of fat through the cell membrane and into the mitochondria of the cell, where fats are oxidized to produce the cellular energy ATP. ALC also promotes a healthy nervous system and supports memory.  . Did You Know? All NSI supplements are packaged in HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottles. These bottles keep moisture vapor out, protecting the freshness and integrity of their contents, and are 400% more effective compared other brands currently using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles. HDPE bottles do not break as glass can and are also recyclable so we urge you to please recycle them.

"I'm not sure it's effective to my body or not, but my body condition is not going worse after having the capsule. So I continue to take the capsule for more than a year. And this product is cheaper than the similar product I can buy in Japan even considering the shipping cost."

"If you have type 2 diabetic symptoms, L-carnitine can help you to stay energized. Your day can be full even if you are on a low sugar, low carbohydrate diet.
If you don't have the American fast food diet, later life symptoms, L-carnitine can help you maintain daily activities without fatigue.

"This product won't work. You need propionate and here's why:

Acetyl-L-carnitine propionate, which is very hard to find. You will find acetyl-L-carnitine pretty easily and for cheap, but the lack of the propionate ester makes the supplement ten times less effective."

"Although I've given NSI's Acetyl L Carnitine HCI the highest ratings in all categories, I don't truly know how effective it is. I've just started taking it on my doc's advice. However, I have been using NSI products for about a year now, and each one I have tried has been effective, high quality (pharm. grade) and the value cannot be beat.

My doc is highly suspect of most vitamin companies, feeling they sacrifice quality for profit. I've come to believe this is not the case with NSI. I also like the fact that you can buy many of their supplements in quantities of up to 300 tabs or capsules--that really helps to keep the price down."

"Hi!

I have been using it for about 4 weeks now. Work out regiment is high intensity 3 times a week. Sensible diet (with supplemental protein)/sleep 7-8 a night/ working out history since 18 y. o. (I am 23 now). Muscle soreness is significantly reduced with this product. Although, I have not had much problem with being too sore anyway, the recovery time is closer to 1 day now vs 2 days.

In short - it seems to do what it claims."

"I bought this after reading about how it can help to promote fat loss by allowing cells to use more fat as energy. I take this along with a fat burner (lipo-6) before working out and cardio workouts. I think it helps endurance quite a bit at least for me. This is a supplement I will continue to use at least as long as Im taking fat burners, eating low carb and doing a lot of cardio."
