NSI GABA -- 200 Capsules

  How does GABA work? Gamma-aminobutyric acid is an amino acid produced in the brain. Large amounts of GABA are found in the hypothalamus, which typically have relaxing, anti-anxiety and anti-convulsive effects. GABA may help the body release HGH, or human growth hormone (especially after exercise), and this may contribute to a leaner body composition. HGH plays a role in metabolizing fat in our bodies; levels of HGH also decrease as we age, so weight management may be tougher as we grow older. NSI GABA is better because it:. "This is a HUGE help. I have constant anxiety and nightmares. Two of these before bed, and I din't have nightmares and sleep though the night for the first time in years. Excellent product. I sometimes take one during the day if I'm really upset. Can make you a little tired sometimes."

"Though it may be too soon to determine if this product has aided in producing HGH for my intended purposes of bodybuilding, I can say it is effective for it's relaxing effects before bedtime and without a doubt has had it's greatest effects in inducing more vivid dreams."

"I've used this product for several months and take it morning and night. I find that it has been helpful in helping me relax and settle down to get a better night's sleep. I haven't noticed so far tht it's helped in weight loss, but I'm still working on that!"

"I take two of these before bed and fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply, have vivid dreams, wake up earlier (a good thing) feeling well-rested. I'd have to say that it I've generally been in a better mood since I started supplementing with GABA, just feeling a little more relaxed."
