"This is an herbal tea that has a taste similar to regular, black tea. It is sweet thanks to the herb Stevia--not an artificial sweetener and will not change blood sugar levels like sugar does. It tastes sweetened, but the sweetness is not excessive. This product is instant and works well in hot or cold water. You can even add it to juice if you enjoy a fruity tea flavor. It mixes well and the strength is easily adjusted. It only takes a tiny amount for a cup of tea, so this container will last a long time. Enjoy!"

"Started with tea bags and then found out I could get instant. Before I retired I used to make a whole pot in my coffee maker. Put the instant tea in the pot and let the water flow into the pot. It was hot all day. Now I make it a cup at a time at home using the microwave to heat the water."
