"This seems like a high quality oil; it has a nice coconut flavor. Recommended for high heat cooking or when you want a vegetarian fat that is solid/firm at cool room temperature. I don't believe there is good evidence of any health benefits, however. Buy it because it tastes good!"

"I tried this coconut oil over the other one I ordered to save a little $$. Volume wise, it doesn't seem like there is a lot. And the consistency makes you use more. The taste is OK, but the super light, almost oily consistency makes me glad I bought the smaller size. I will be going back to the last one I used."

"I started using this product a few years ago. I understand it is good for you and low in calories. I spread it on my toast with cinammon sugar, I saute my vegetables with it. I love the flavor, but it is so mild it does not over power with coconut taste. But I just love the taste. It will always be one of my oils."

"I used this oil to moisturize my baby's skin. I've read that coconut oil has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. It soaks into the skin well and moisturizers well but does not have a lasting effect. You would need to reapply several hours later. It smells wonderful (clean and natural coconut smell)."

"I bought this to help me lose weight. The Coconut Oil Diet...wow, it tastes pretty good. I don't cook much with it, rather, I eat it straight from the jar with a spoon, or put a tablespoon into my morning smoothie/low carb shake (using my blender). It tastes a bit like a Mounds bar. Not bad at, all, Yummy in fact! I can tell it is assisting with my weight loss. I am venturing out and will start cooking with it. So far, so good.
