"I have been using Profema on and off for a couple of years. I've found that when I take this multi, I have no hot flashes, no moodiness, and a general sense of balance and well-being. I recently was experiencing some menopausal acne, and I decided to go back to Profema. It cleared up for the first time in months. Another reason I like this product is it uses the better forms of vitamins (e.g. B12, D3). This multi works for me, and I have recommended it to my friends."

"I am highly satisified with this multi vitamin as far as its content, just not happy with the size, as i have to cut it into about 4 pieces to swallow it.
But as far as the content i don't think it can be beat, I have taken it now for abot 3 weeks, i can tell it is helping."

"THESE VITAMINS HELPED ME WHEN IT SEEMED NOTHING ELSE DID. PLUS THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT I NEED AND I COULD STOP BUYING TONS OF INDIVIUAL ITEMS AND TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH THEM. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO BOTH MY SISTERS AND SEVERAL FRIENDS. "I love my vitamins. I've been taking ProFema for 3 years. I can tell you that the black cohash works, but after this long, it's benefits are waning. I highly recommend this product. If you're just starting out, it'll take a week or two to feel the relief."

"I had my doubts but this product is great, it takes about 3 weeks to really "kick in" but using it consistently has helped with my enregy level AND hormone regulation for hot flashes. I take this with Hot Flash every day and it has diminished the frequency and intensity of hot flashes!"
