"This is the most comprehensive multi I've found. I love that it's a whole food. I am allergic to dairy and turmeric and this is the Only whole food vitamin I've found without those ingredients. I can tell the difference when I try something else, and I come right back. By the time you'd put together all of the different supplements in this multi, you'd spend a small fortune.
