"This product is tops. Have been using it for years- I believe it helps utilize the vitamins I take. Sometimes I will run out of the minerals and maybe be off for awhile- when I start up again I feel very energetic. I do feel they give me energy. Our food does not have many minerals left in it so I feel I'm covered by taking colloidal minerals. And this is easy- just a liquid- easy to take."
