"I am 54 years young. I have been taking Futurebiotics 30-Day Beauty Vitamins for several years now. My hair which was once lifeless, dull and did not grow, is now long (below my bra line) and full and people always ask if I have had hair extensions put in. My skin is more radiant as well. I take the vitamins in the morning before breakfast and never get any of that vitamin mouth taste or queasy stomach you get from some vitamins. I also love the small packets and carry some in my purse at all times. I have told all my friends about these vitamins and have even purchased starter packs for them. "I can see a difference in my hair, skin and nails when I take this supplement. My hair grows faster and looks healthier. My skin looks better and my adult acne has even improved. I noticed that my nails were stronger, too. I used to take pre-natal vitamins for this same effect, but they did not produce the results that these do. "I mean to try this for another two months just to give this product a fair shot. I have always been complimented on my hair and skin, but lately its been more so. I don't know if the product is the reason for it, but it might be.
Just one thing that bugged me. Some of the "packets" were missing a tablet. When I called the company they were a bit unprofessional about it, so I just took whatever the packet had in it and moved on. I hope the other bottles have complete packets in it as promised. There should be 3 in each packet. Nobody else seems to complain about this, so maybe it just happened to my bottle."

"I thought with all the minerals, vitamins, and herbs that it would work but I did not notice any difference in my skin or hair. In addition, the 3 capsules are in a small, clear package and you have to tear open the package each time you take the dosage. A waste for the garbage and environment."

"I recommend women, especially over 35, take this in lieu of any of the OTC "one-a-days". I guarantee you will feel SO much better and look so much better also. My skin smoothed out noticably. In fact, because the skin over my eyes isn't so baggy anymore I can see better. Friends and family have told me I look years younger.
I bought it mostly for my hair. Perimenopause is in full swing, and my hair just looked and felt horrible. It's back to the way it was. I'm not losing handfuls in the shower anymore, and it isn't dried out and looking like hay.
Try this for 3 months, you won't be sorry! And you'll be hooked! I also have been taking Menochange for the last 3 years. This is also brilliant. Between this and the 30 day vitamins I have no hot flashes, palpitations, I can sleep at night...noe of the usual menopausal problems. I feel wonderful."
