"I highly recommend this flaxseed product as a replacement for your current fish-oil based omega-3 product. Flaxseed doesn't have any of the fishy smell, no mercury scare, and no reliance on the depleted fisheries of the world. Plus flaxseed / omega-3 offer many benefits for your heart and brain. This supplement should be very high on your list of your daily supplements. I suggest you read the science on all the many important benefits of flaxseed oil."

"As with all NSI products I have tried this one doesn't disappoint and is at price you can't find anywhere else honestly. I can't say much as to it's effectiveness as of yet as haven't had my cholesterol or other aspects checked since starting the Flaxseed Oil but hopefully it will help over all as I switched to the Flaxseed from Fish Oil based on friends recommendation saying she had better results from the Flax so we will see?"
