"This is one of the most important stress supplements I take, but the name brand my naturopath recommended was quite expensive and other brands didn't work. I was pleasantly surprised when the NSI brand of Rhodiola worked as well or better than the name brand, and for a much more reasonable price."

"My husband and I both take this and like how it gives us energy throughout the day. I take one in the morning with breakfast and one with lunch. Not only does it give me energy but gives me a sense of well being. After doing some research on it, I've found that you need to take a 4 week break from it after about 3 months of using it..."

"This was recommended by my dr due to an increase in migraines. After a few weeks of taking my stress headaches have dropped in frequency and are much more tolerable. This is the only thing I have changed in my diet so I believe this product has helped me."

"I had absolutely no effect or results from taking this supplement. I had hoped for improved stamina. I gave it to my daughter (adult) but she had the same results. I have found that NSI Theraputic Dose of B12 and and NSI Ginseng Complex taken together give me the little kick I sometimes need to get over the afternoon slump."

"I used to go up and down in my energy all day and since taking this product my energy has stayed high and even all day. I don't get tired or need a nap. I don't get the usual anxiety and nervous effects I do from some stimulatnts. This is good for mental clarity too. I highly reccommend it!"

"I recently started using NSI Rhodiola Rosea (little over a month). I can tell a big difference in my stamina and energy.. I use it all the time. This product here didn't seem to be as potent as one from my local pharmacy but still really good and I am statisfied."

"I am a fan of NSI supplements, so I would recommend this one with a note of caution, since I am sensitive to herbs. It helped in the beginning but, after using it for awhile, I felt sluggish physically and mentally...my typical reaction to herbs. I was hoping this one might be different, since I can use help in joint repair. This might be a great product for someone without this sensitivity."

"This little known supplement is the only product I have ever tried that you can feel the effect for more than a few days. Outstanding performance enhancer. I'm 60 years old (young) and this Russian root has greatly improved my short term memory, endurance and strength. My wife and I work out for an hour 6 days a week and Rhodiola has helped greatly. "Have only been using Rhodiola Rosea for two weeks. Have not noticed any change at all in how I feel. No extra energy, no additional clarity of thinking. I will give the product at least two months. I am very hopeful that it will start to do the things it says it will. I marked "No" about recommending this product to a friend, because, as of yet, I cannot tell any difference in how I feel."
