NSI Biotin -- 5 mg - 300 Capsules

Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin that functions as a coenzyme for carbon dioxide transfer and hence, is essential for fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Biotin may also benefit hair and nail health. Did You Know? All NSI supplements are packaged in HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottles. These bottles keep moisture vapor out, protecting the freshness and integrity of their contents, and are 400% more effective compared other brands currently using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles. HDPE bottles do not break as glass can and are also recyclable so we urge you to please recycle them.

"I started taking this and silica at the same time, so I'm not sure if one works as well without the other. I used to lose a handful of hair every day, and more when I washed my hair. IT TOOK TWO MONTHS...BE PATIENT! All of a sudden, I was only losing about 5 strands when I washed my hair. My hair used to get so straggly, every few years I'd despair and cut it to chin length. Now it's past my shoulder blades, and it's thicker than it's been in 14 years (since I had a child). When I "toss" my hair over my shoulder, it's so thick and heavy it thumps me in the back!!! And the price, for a 10-month supply, is unbelievable!!!"

"I definitely see a change in the thickness of my hair, (all over actually). That part I am not fond of. I see a light mustache on my face. Helloooo!!! I guess that means the product is working. BUT MY FACE TOO?! Anyway it is worth buying. It does what its suppose to."

"To be honest, I'm not really too sure if it is working.... I've only been on the product for about a month and most of the other reviewers have stated that it took a couple of months before they actually saw some results. -So I'll keep on taking them and wait. However I have noticed that my hair has stopped shedding...I'm down to about five or ten strands a day and the texture of my skin looks great!"

"i have used a differ brand this brand was cheap price better quality I use this along with thayers lavender witch hazels, on my face. I am very pleased with the results. Had problem with pimples leaving dark spots on face. Been using both for a month can already see results.Less pimples dark spots are fading away. I will continue to use. nails are stronger and longer, look healthier."

"I was thrilled to see such a high dose of Biotin come in such a small capsule. After only a few days of use I began to see little hairs coming in around my hairline. A few weeks later my hair does appear fuller. My hair loss slowed from 100-120 per day to 60-80 per day. My nails have always looked good but they are even harder and whiter now. I will continue on this supplement for life."
