"I'm taking this because it works. I'm 84 years old, female and my hair was thinning like mad. I've always been proud of my thick nice hair. Now I've been taking Biotin for nearly a year. My hair has thickened, my nails grow like mad and my skin is doing a transformation. And and added benefit, I didn't realize is that my eye lashes have grown and really can take some mascara. This is one GOOD a product. Go for it."

"I started taking this and silica at the same time, so I'm not sure if one works as well without the other. I used to lose a handful of hair every day, and more when I washed my hair. IT TOOK TWO MONTHS...BE PATIENT! All of a sudden, I was only losing about 5 strands when I washed my hair. My hair used to get so straggly, every few years I'd despair and cut it to chin length. Now it's past my shoulder blades, and it's thicker than it's been in 14 years (since I had a child). When I "toss" my hair over my shoulder, it's so thick and heavy it thumps me in the back!!! And the price, for a 10-month supply, is unbelievable!!!"
