"I use this in conjunction with Nasaline irrigation. You irrigate your sinuses, then use three pumps in each nostril of this GSE, your sinus infection will be gone within 36 hours. It has worked for me twice in the past three years. Expect a slight burning/tingling sensation for about 2 minutes but it's nothing we cannot handle. Take comfort that it is working."

"Weather changes during early Autumn always set my nasal allergies in gear. I've found that the OTC allergy meds aren't cutting it anymore; I also hate nasal spray and have seen people become addicted to it, so it was out of desperation that I gave this product a shot. Low and behold, it really does work! The price is really good, too. The reason I deducted one star is that, for me at least, the spray burns like heck after just one dose. It doesn't last very long, though, and the end result is worth it to me. I'll be buying this stuff again."

"We have tried numerous natural remedies, but when a cold is coming on, forget it. This actually keeps it at bay and works wonderfully for my kids and teens, of which all of them actually use this! We also use in conjunction with a saline spray and living in Minnesota, we really need both. The grapeseed knocks out any virus and the saline keeps moisture in our winter climate. Everyone has their own, you can gently take apart to sanitize daily (though you do clean after each use too) and it's easy on the nose. Even those that don't like sprays become used to it after just a few uses. We've tried many products and keep coming back to this. We have very little sickness in our home and I attribute that to periodic use. We use it every few days just as a precaution in the winter months and every day when ill."

"I was hesitant in buying this product but based on all the other reviews, I did buy it and was pleasantly surprised. After spriting up my nose, it took about 4 minutes to work. I have a deviated septum and my nose is almost always clogged on one side and thus I get headaches just about every day on the side of my head. The solution VERY MUCH helps drains "the gunk" out of my nasal passage and releives the pressure. I repeat the spray about 15 minutes later to get more "gunk" out. (sorry for being gross). I'm more than sure I will buy this nasal spray again. :) PS Fast shipping too!"
