"My teen niece just came to live with us and I wanted to get her started with a teen vitamin when I came across these. She has always suffered with pretty painful menstrual cramps and she is thrilled because in less than a month of taking these vitamins, she swears her cramps were less painful before and particulalry during her cycle! She asked me to order more so as not to run out!!! First time in 4 years that she hasn't come home from school every month on the first day of her cycle! She was as excited as I am that she didn't miss school!!!"

"ANyone can use it at any age. I am 38 and I take one once a day with my b complex vitamin and I love it! My nails and face look so much better. So at any age you can take this one. I don't like the womens rainbow light becuase it has too many herbs that are not good for my fibroids. Try it for yourself or your teen. You will like it!"

"I've been using these vitamins for about three years now, and I really like them. I mean it's a little tricky to know if vitamins are doing anything, because it's not like a medication where you're going to see a real obvious effect. I have noticed, however, that if I miss a few days, I do get acne, so -- at the very least -- the skin-clearing part works well. They're a little bit on the pricey side (though not so much on this site!), but they're the only natural vitamins I've been able to find with no animal products (many multivitamins contain gelatin). They also have a rather unpleasant taste, so I don't recommend taking them with water -- they'll go down much easier with something flavorful, like orange juice. I definitely recommend them to any teens, especially vegetarians."

Two Teens With Great Results,February 10, 2008

"I have two teens, a girl and a boy, 15 and 17, who tried many superficial products, before trying this vitamin. We did not change anything and introduced the two capsules daily of Active Teen, one in the morning and one at night. Within two weeks, my son had 75% skin improvement and my daughter had about 40%. It has now been 4 weeks and my son gets compliments on his skin improvement and my daughter has improved 50% and her red face has lessened dramatically. I am very happy to find this vitamin and I know they are too."

"I love the Rainbow Light brand. I used to take the one formulated for women with great results. I tried to have my 11-year-old (who's been taking caps for a few years now) take these caps, which I'm sure are very effective. He can't possibly take it. He chokes every time he tries to swallow the tablet. The tablets are quite large, rough, and have sharp edges."
