"How does one tell if a multi-vitamin really works? I had been using an Equate Senior multi-vitamin but decided to try something else. Can't say that I can tell any difference, which could be either good or bad. The most notable thing I've noticed about this product is its smell. It's really quite aromatic. I've got two bottles and if I haven't gotten used to the smell by the time I'm nearing the end of those, I probably won't order additional bottles. It's not really a bad smell, kind of a really strong vanilla smell. It's primarily that I take it first thing in the morning with the rest of my morning meds and I guess I'm just not ready for strong aromas that early. And these things really reach and grab you. But, I'm sure there are people who really enjoy it."

"The vitamin mix meets all of my needs and is better than any others that I have found but the tablet is large and not very smooth, resulting in difficulty swallowing at times. It will still remain my vitamin of choice."

"My husband and I have been taking this multi-vitamin for about 2 years now. We really love this product!!! The potency level is excellent and we really like the fact that there are some digestive enzymes included. We also like the inclusion of vegetable extacts and good amounts of lutein and lycopene. We have not found a better multi-vitamin. We feel more energetic and are very happy with the results of taking this product. An added bonus is the fact that VitaCost's price is cheaper than at the retail store where we first purchased it."

"I have been taking Rainbow Light products for many years and Vitacost consistently has the best prices. The Women's Once Daily wasn't difficult to swallow so I was surprised when I opened the bottle and saw the size of the tablet for this product. It also wasn't smooth or coated like other Rainbow Light supplements, so it scratched my throat. I've tried splitting and crushing the pills, but it's a mess & I still choke sometimes. I am rating this with 3 stars for quality because when I finally get it down without choking, I have no stomach upset. I am very disappointed and would rather take 2 smaller tablets. For some reason, I figured a "senior" supplement would be easier to swallow. If you can take large tablets, I would recommend this formula, since it has everything you need."
