"ok in the first tablet taken it cause headaches and jittery but when the body is accostumed to the product all this disappear,i suppose that it does the caffeine high dossage , it gives me tremendous energy for the gym workout i ve noticed an increase in body mass combined with creatine and a reduction of the fat in the abs specyally, this is devastator if you combine the product with aminoacids and creatine , and of course a low fat diet"

"This was my first time taking a fat burning pill and it was a preeetty good experience. I am 6' and athletic. I weighed 182 about 4 weeks ago and I have lost 10 pounds (seemingly all fat). I actually can see my abs now! With a healthy eating habit and CONSISTANT workout program (cardio, high intensity WOD) then anyone can lose weight and fat. These pills will def. speed up the process. "I was very excited about trying out Lipo 6 after all the amazing reviews. Unfortunately, it did not work for me and I couldn't handle the side effects. I work out 5-6 times a week (cardio and weight training) and I was only looking to lean out a bit, maybe 5lbs. Unfortunately, Lipo 6 made me gain 3lbs from the incredible MUNCHIES it gave me all day long! I took it for two weeks and it also affected my mood tremendously, making me irritable and depressed. It also gave me 0 energy. I was looking for something more like VPX Redline, which gives me intense energy. Looks like I'll be going back to that!"

"On the surface this looks like another over priced diet pill that feels like drinking a couple of red bulls. After taking LIPO 6 for a few weeks I noticed my waist starting to get smaller then my pants & shirts fitting bigger. LIPO 6 decreases your appetite without giving you the jittery feeling and tiring come down. I wasnt the person needing to lose 40+ pounds. I work out and have a good muscular shape. More the type trying to lose 5-10 lbs to see those square abs show through. If you put in the hard work at the gym and eat right this one will get you that six pack but its no miracle drug."

"Even though it is a little bit expensive, after my experience of taking this product for 1 month and doing the same amount of exercise as what I usually do, I can feel that this product REALLY works in reducing and/or maintaining my body fat composition. However, I strongly recommend you to follow the instruction printed, to reduce your taking dosage or even to consult with your physician if you feel that you are having nausea, high blood pressure or your heart is beating too fast after taking this product. Don't forget to drink enough water. Oh yeah, for person who has heart problem or high blood pressure, I strongly urge you not to take this product."

"I am sure everyone is different, but other than extra energy and a cut in appitite, this did nothing for me in terms of weight loss. I work out 4 days a week with 45- 60 min LIT Cardio a day (once before breakfast and once after lifting), and follow a pretty strict diet. While taking this product i did not notice any difference in my weight loss. I was looking for a little extra in terms of losing the last 8 pounds or so, and in that regard it did not help me at all."

"I've been taking Lipo 6 since mid-March '08 and I have lost 10 lbs without increasing my exercise routine which was weights and walking. If anything, I've decreased my gym visits to 1-2x/week and walks as well (doing a reno hence no time!) and I've still lost that stubborn weight especially around my stomach, hips, butt and legs. I'm 43 and for any woman who wants that extra push towards reducing inches in certain tough spots, I would 100% recommend Lipo 6."

"I have been using this product for 2 months now (with 1 week break in between). I did not get immediate results, it took about 2-3 weeks before things started to happen for me. I was working out 5-6 days a week for at least and hour cardio but not much results in weight loss. This combined with lipo-6 got me where i wanted to be. I have lost maybe 6-7 lbs but have lost INCHES off my stomach, butt and those "problem" areas. So, its not so much what shows on the scale , its the area loss!! i am finally fitting into my pre preggo clothes that have been sitting around for 2+ years! Word of warning though...read the label and start your dosage off slow and try to omit or limit your caffiene or you will be very jittery! So, as of now im still losing, about 1 lb a week."

"I rated effectivenss 4 stars because if I exercised more I woudl see more results but for the most part, it lives up to what it says it will do. I take half the recommended dosage (also another reason I chose 4 stars) with Glucomann and I have seen some weight loss as well as I feel less hungry. I would recommend this product whether you are male or female but if you want 100% effects, follow directions to a T...Im just lazy."

"I used to use xenadrine efx and it made me slightly jittery. This does not do that for me. However I do feel slightly warmer inside (I guess that means its working). I've always been in great shape and just wanted a fat burner for energy. So I only take 2 capsules in the morning and thats it. It does give me energy but not as well as xenadrine efx (which makes me jittery). In terms of fat loss, its hard for me to compare because I don't measure my body fat and I stay around the same weight most of the time."
