"I usually take at least 400 mg of magnesium citrate, but I decided to try this because even though it's lower mgs it's supposed to be better absorbed so that makes up the difference. I did have some heart palpitations the other day, which I only get when not on magnesium so I'm not sure if this isn't the one for me, or if it's just not enough. I'm switching to 2 a day, which is kind of a drag."
