"From my viewpoint, this product will calm and support physical well being. However, the comment made that the supplement did not take care of anxiety needs to be clarified. This product does not take care of anxious thoughts....this product supports the endocrine system to help keep your reactions to stress at a minimal level. This has been my experience. I have tried all other brands, and none as effective and consistent as New Chapter. Exercise, being outdoors, eating healthy all contribute to well being. Have used this product for over 2 years consistently (daily), and consider it most important, like eating the "veggies!""

"I don't usually notice strong reactions to suppplements but this one is different. Even just holding the gelcap in my mouth for a few seconds fills me with a sense of well being. It's almost like a comfort food. It does also help me deal with stress better. This brand work best of all the brands that I've tried. New Chapter has never let me down with their quality or results. It's very well worth the extra cost."

"I swear by this product! I have turned it on to a friend of mine and she now loves it too! If you feel stressed or know you are going to have a stressful day - pop a Holy Basil and it seems the stress melts away. I know it seems impossible - but I am a very inpatient person and once I take a Holy Basil - I don't sweat the small stuff. Things that would normally bother me - don't seem like such a big deal at all. Try it - you'll love it!"
