"I have taken vitamins for decades and stress tabs in particular. This is the first one I have taken that provides botht eh ,ulti-vitamin core and the stress B-complex that works for me. I typically take it along with my other vitamins during breakfast but I love that it is all natural and I don't have to take food with it. I can definitely tell a difference in how alert I am and my reduced fatigue. I work 12-14 hour days and workout 60-75 minutes 4-6 days a week. I highly recommend it."

"I can always tell when I am out of this product. Something doen't feel right. Not only do I think calmer and handle stress better, but I really appreciate that I do not have to worry about eating to take this product. It gives me a feeling that I am giving my body something healthy, even when I can not eat the way I should."
