"This is the best 'Bang for your Buck' meal replacement powder I've ever found. The taste is great and the price is reasonable. I use a scoop of Spiru-Tein, a scoop of Designer Protein and 12 oz of milk and a banana for breakfast and I do not get hungry all morning. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a great MRP at a great price"

"I have been using this product for quite a long time now. It is delicious. I have tried it mixed with dairy milk and soy milk. It is good either way. I usually mix it in the blender (even though it says you don't have to). I find it mixes it more thoroughly that way. I also add a banana for extra flavor and more substance. My children come running when they hear the blender start up in the morning - both with glasses in hand. I've started making them their own "shakes." We all enjoy them and I would recommend them to anyone. I've tried the vanilla flavor too and enjoyed it as well."

"I have tried several protein drinks, and this one is my favorite. I love the creamy chocolate flavor. I use 12 ounces of 1% milk with one scoop of powder and it tastes great. I have been drinking this for breakfast for several years now. It gives me all the energy I need to start my day. Have tried others and nothing comes close."

"I have tried many different protein shakes from the cheaper ones in the can to the very expensive ones you get from specialty stores. I have never really liked the taste of protein shakes and so I always ended up giving them away or throwing them away. This is the first time I have continued buying and drinking a protein shake on a regular basis. It tastes great, curbs my appetite, and makes me feel good about what I am putting into my body. This will definitely continue to be one of my regular purchases."

Awful tasting and difficult to mix,

"I read reviews for the product and was encouraged. After trying it I cannot believe there are reviews that say this stuff tastes good. It tastes horrible. It also is very difficult to mix into a smooth shake. I am not going to get a blender out for a simple shake. Do not buy this product if you are expecting it to taste anything like chocolate milk. Chemical milk maybe."

"After giving up coffee, I needed a healthy replacement for the caffeine "jumpstart" to my day. This product not only provides the energy boost, it provides all the essential vitamins and nutrients plus - it tastes great! I am as dependent on it now as I used to be on coffee. I look forward to my "Energy Shake" each morning and I sometimes have one later in the afternoon. If I have a hearty lunch, I will have a shake as a replacement for dinner. It leaves me feeling very satisfied which makes me believe that all the wonderful ingredients has brought my depleted body back into balance. Fantastic Product!!!!!!"
