The natural flavor may not be appealing to some, but I feel it is still the best one out there as some of the other flavors take longer to dissolve or do not quite dissolve entirely.

"This was a last ditched attempt to help with knee and joint pain my husband has been suffering with due to years of squatting, bending and lifting on his job when he was younger (which turned into restless, tightening leg muscles when he tried to relax in the evenings). He's always had an internal alarm clock, wakes early, and doesn't sleep well at night, waking up frequently and feeling exhausted in the morning. He'd pretty much accepted all of this as something he was going to have to live with. He started out slowly with one heaping tsp. in the evening and noticed it relieved his muscle tightening within 40 minutes.
This is only his 5th day of taking it, but last night he slept 8 hours, only waking once, and he was able to fall right back asleep. While that may not sound uncommon to most people, to someone who has been sleep deprived and plagued with sore muscles for years, it can literally be a life changing experience.
The taste is a little tart but not bothersome at all.
This powder is amazing and has more than exceeded his expectations in such a short period of time. This product is something I will always have in the house from now on.
I thought the price was a bit high for something we weren't sure would work, but after seeing the results and the relief he gets from taking it, it's priceless.
Very highly recommended."

"Short cut: Peter Gillham's customer service said you don't have to mix it with boiling water. You can mix it in cold water but you have to wait at least twenty minutes for it to completely dissolve. That is the way I do it because it is more convenient for me and it is just as effective.
Now on to my story. My dad's side of the family all are very compact. The sinews and tendons in our bodies are like high tension cables. Our bodies can't hardly grow out because of the tendons keeping us reined in. We walk like Franenstein's monster, we can't completely straighten our arms and legs, our hands cup as if holding a baseball, our necks are stiff, our backs ache even after sitting and trying to relax. Our jaws are perpetually clenched. It's hard to go to sleep. We just about have to be knocked out from exhaustion. Then when we wake we can't hardly unwind our bodies. Our bowels don't move more than once a week. Some of us routinely go three weeks between movements.
Well, I have been taking Peter Gillham Natural Calm for two years now and it made a difference the very first day! I was shocked it worked so effectively and so quickly. I had a bowel movement that day and every day thereafter. That is a miracle. My body isn't curled up and the aches are gone. I walk breezily. When I visit my family they comment as to how I seem to be "in the zone." I have told them it is because of this product but they are so stove up they won't even make the effort to mix it and take it. Pity."

"My chiropractor recommended this to me for pain I was having due to IBS mostly chronic constipation. I take this 1-3 times a day and I am regular again. "I love this product - it helps me sleep, and taken daily keeps my ankles from swelling due to water retention. when i began taking it I started with a level teaspoon and increased the dosage gradually over a weeks time. If you take a larger dose (say - about 3 tsp.) at the beginning it may give you loose stools so I found the best way to use it was to start with a small dosage and increase gradually. I wouldn't be without this product."
