"I have been suffering from horrible nightmares for years, to the extent that I dreaded going to sleep and would wake up exhausted when I did sleep. I would be emotionally wrecked and sometimes in a very bad mood for hours just because of my dreams. I've written a review for this product before, but really wanted to write an update because I've neglected to take this 3 or 4 times in the last month, and have had nightmares every time. On one such night I dreamt I was attacked by a wolf within 10 minutes of falling asleep, and woke up terrified and with my heart pounding!!! If you (or your child) suffer from such nightmares, this product might take a lot of misery out of your life. Give it a try! PS When I mix it in hot water it fizzes over the cup and makes a mess; but it works just as well in room-temperature liquid."
