"After taking this for a week I can tell it is working great in the way I feel and sleep. I started out half dose and move up to morning afternoon and before I go to bed. I have started my wife on this product also. Leg cramps have gone, energy is up and much less stressed and relaxed. I have told coworkers about it and they are going to try it. "This product has had so many benefits for my family. First off, sleep! Even my 14 year old says she is able to turn off her day and sleep peacefully. It has also helped with headaches from PMS and made me a bit more mellow. I also suffer from adrenal fatigue and CALM has helped me turn off the racing engine feeling and heart palpitations that are common when your adrenals are zapped. I can't imagine a night without this stuff. I've also taken some mid-day when I feel frazzled.

I do wish it wasn't such a pricey item. With three people in the house using it, it goes pretty fast!"

"I used to spend 1 or 2 days a month (right before my period) laying in bed suffering with a headache that would not respond to any OTC medication. I could take extra strength tylenol around the clock and it would not even put a dent in this headache. Then I read somewhere to try magnesium supplements just prior to menstrual cycle and I happened to have a canister of this amazing product in the cupboard (I give it to my 4 year old to help keep him regular). I gave it a try and have not had a "pms" headache since. It has been a real lifesaver and has drastically changed my life."

"I suffered from tight neck muscles for over a year. Even though I went to my chiropractor almost weekly - I still could not lessen my tight neck muscles and get rid of my neck pain.
