"I have tried the powder and it is not bad, but I really hate trying to get it down. This is a large pill, I can just pop 1 to 3 per day for my stomach lining (prescribed by my Naturopath). I also notice less soreness when I workout. I take mostly during the day or afternoon since it causes a slight boost in energy."

"I really like this companie's L-Glutamine tablets because it's helpful for someone like me who has a poor Glucose metabolism. (L-Glutamine converts into Glucose). This makes it difficult to think or focus on a daily basis. It's also the dosage I like, which is hard to find at other places."

Odd effects,

"I took these for about 3 days, then stopped. Tried again a few days later with same results. For some reason they feel like unbuffered aspirin when they are going down. Get a burning sensation in my esophagus and stomach, just like aspirin. Tried Source Naturals brand instead and am having better results with that."
