"We take MSM in powder form, every morning when we get up. Jarrow brand is the best that we have found, as it quickly dissolves in water which means it quickly absorbs into our body."

"I am used to taking MSM in pill form. I started using this two weeks ago, adding it to my morning smoothy. It tasted horrible! I am now getting used to the taste, but wish it didn't taste like it does. I haven't tried other MSM powders so, I am not sure if they taste better or not."
"Sulphur is a healing mineral - it helps the body to restore and repair it's normal functions. It is also important for skin, hair and nail health. The powder form is great since there are no additives added. It dissolves instantly; the measuring scoop is very handy. It does have a slightly bitter taste but still quite palatable."
