"I use this product to help with circulation in my legs. I have very bad knees and varicose veins and helps my ankles and legs to not swell. This is the only brand that works and the release formulas is great."

"I recommend this over any other time released ALA. 1/3 is instant release and the other 2/3 releases slowly over time. The product works very well and is a high quality."

"This is a fantastic product: part immediate release, to raise your blood levels of alpha lipoic acid, and part sustained release, to keep them up. It's a pity that NSI don't produce a similar, cheaper tablet!"

"I have tried many brands of Alpha Lipoic Acid and this one is the most effective. For those with blood sugar issues, it produces the most stable results. It made a huge difference in my overall health. Also, I like that the tablets are hard to confuse with other supplements when they are out of the bottle because they have a distinctive look and feel (vanilla scent; pink and cream color)."
