"no effect at all did nothing used with Husk as others said to do and I got zero results thought by using a liquid it would work. The best product i have tried and always works was Mikes Ultimate body cleanse and detox I'm
going back to that"

"I have been taking this twice a day (1 Tbs with 1 Tbs Psyllium Husk in 6 oz apple juice) for over 2 weeks now for a system flush/detox. My body is very regular and I have to believe that it is helping to cleanse my system. "Rarely have I purchased a product that has given me such great results so fast! I bought the betonite along with the psyllium husk powder for a simple detox. An unexpected side effect was that "rashes" and many other skin abnormalities I have battled for years, all but vanished after just 2-3 days of using this product! I never realized my skin was being so adversely affected by toxicity in my body. Without a doubt, this product works as advertised!"

"Several hours after taking this product (which I prepared by mixing 1 tablespoon of clay with on teaspoon of psyllium fiber in 8 oz. of water) for the first time, an event of epic proportions occurred in our small bathroom. Things "came to pass" which apparently had accumulated over the past 50 years. In in the interest of science, I weighed in before and after and lost 3 pounds, 1 lb. of which has not been gained back, so I believe it accounts for the accumulated undigestible goo. Subsequent doses have not been so dramatic - simply a normal overnight laxative effect. Definitely worth trying out."

"I keep reading about the benefit of detox, and decided to give it a try as a jumpstart to a better nutrition, diet, routine ... whatever. Since this is a natural product with great reviews, it seemed like a good choice. I am not irregular as long as I make sure I eat some leafy salad and/or fruit. I tried the product as prescribed (on a Sunday, just in case :), taking spoonfuls at regular intervals with water. Nothing after 5 tablespoons. At all. ???"

"I used this for colon cleansing and it was my first time so I had no other product to compare this with. I heard that Sonne is better but just a little more expensive.

If I had something to compare, I give it a more accurate score. It did the job well so I would recommend it."

"I used this Bentonite Clay product as the wrap-up to a 10-day Master Cleanser fast and was quite pleased with the results.
I was told to combine it with 1 TBS. of fiber, so I used psyllium husks and chased it all with some juice. For me, nothing happened for a full 24 - 28 hours. I kept waiting for evidence of something going on! Then, I had one 'efficient' bowel movement and it was all over very calmly and comfortably. It was amazing what was still 'in there' after a 10 day cleansing fast! I lost another 2 lbs. that day!
I will use this product again on a more regular basis now that I know how gentle and yet thorough it is."

"I take this with 1 T. Source Naturals Psyllium Husk Powder twice a day as a colon cleanse. Drink tons of water & do it only for about 2 wks.
You'll be amazed at the results.
This is a quality product as I have used others for comparison. Price is great too.

"this product does a great job of getting the extra "gunk" out of your system. it is an affordable detox as well, many of the detox products available are much more expensive and are essentially bentonite with some herbs thrown in. i recommend using this in combination with flora's detox tea and lots of water!"

"Product works very well to cleanse your intestines. I felt better after using this product for only a few days, then a curious thing happened. My stamina increased a great deal the next time I went jogging. A very surprising and welcome side effect! This product has absolutley no taste at all and is very easy to swallow. Be sure to drink lots of water throughout the day as recommended or you may get a little constipated."
