"I have taken these vitamins for over 3 years and I love them. They are so much cheaper here than anywhere else. Just know the pills are very large and if you have a hard time swallowing then you'll want to use the liquid. I have tried that one also and it worked great."

"I used this for two months and found that it worked great. Then I thought I would give a more expensive vitamin a try thinking it may help even more. Well it didn't and it cost a lot more. I am going back and staying with these. From everything I have read about vitamins whole foods are the way to go, I think they are right!"

"They are large and you must take three. It took me a little while to be able to swallow them. If you use a daily pill holder they may not all fit in it. I like they way they make me feel though and you don't have that vitamine taste that other vitamines have. I don't take them all at once. I just space them out through the day. I will buy them again."
