"These powder packets are good for making a no sugar "sports drink"- unlike gatorade which has alot of high fructose corn syrup. It has a good amount of potassium to refuel the body after a workout or if I'm feeling a little sluggish."

"I bought this product to have while I was golfing in the hot summer months. I received the product, and immediatlely mixed up a liter and found the taste of the product was lime flavored, but there was a medicinal after tatse I think most people don't like including myself. I will use the rest of the product myself, and see if the product is more effective on those hot summer days while playing golf."

"I used to get light headed from working out really hard, and also working outside. The problem was, I wasn't replacing much needed electrolytes. After I started using Electromix in my water, fatigue and light-headedness went away. Much better than gatorade, as there are no extra calories. I often recommend this product to others if they are having the same problems I used to have."

"I use this product daily so the water I drink gets absorbed better. I liked the product better when the packets made a gallon - not a liter. Recently I have noticed the product does not dissolve as well - but it is still an excellent product - does the job - and I have never found anything else that is as affordable to use."

"I've been taking this product for about 5 years or so. I like the fact that it has no sugar but provides an electrolyte mix that will help rehydrate my system. I drink it at home and when I travel or work out. Basically, I don't drink plain water very much because I make electrolyte water with this product. I like the individual packets which are convenient when traveling or working out. But I also wish they made one that comes in a big tub so I can just scoop to make electrolyte water at home (all that individual packaging can be spared)."

"I liked the no-sugar "Emergen-C Lite with MSM" but haven't been able to locate it anywhere these days. Electrolyte-wise, this is as good, though I do miss the Vitamin C and the MSM, both of which work well for me. This goes with me on hikes in the hot Cali sun. The electrolytes in this formula are certainly up to the task. I also use it to help alkalise my system, and it does that quite well as well. Cheers..."

"I had been taking this supplement for a year and a half, stopped taking it to try other things, came back to it some months later, and discovered it is not the same as it used to be. Although it has the same mineral content, it has a new formulation in the way of other ingredients added. This company is big now on filler ingredients, like tapioca maltodextrin. The flavor has changed as well. At least it still remains sugar free. There are far more better mineral electrolight supplements that you can buy now, that have superior formulations, better taste, and at a better cost. So disappointing."

"these Electromix are a godsend. Each packet comes in a paper-thin package that you can carry with you on a ride for a refill when your bottle runs out. I find the taste a bit bland, but I normally add a 1/4 cup of Cranberry juice to the mix, and away you go. Flavoured electrolyte mix. My favourite flavour so far is the lemon-lime as you can add other juices to it without tasting funny."

"This product is excellent. It doesn't contain any sugar if you are trying to avoid sugary drinks, yet it actually helps the electrolyte balance. Whenever I am dragging and have become dehydrated, I drink this and it really helps restore my energy. It has a very slight tart flavor that is refreshing.
