"I have taken this for about 6 months and the taste is great! I can tell a big difference when I skip a day or try another brand--I get muscle cramps. The amount of elemental magnesium and calcium are not as high as other brands. It also costs more per month than others so I keep trying to find another solution but keep coming back to this!"

"I can always trust Flora -- their products are somewhat pricier than others-- but WELL worth the price.

When I take a Flora product, I KNOW I am getting the best ingredients which have been compounded for maximum potency.
