"I'm not good at reviewing vitamins and supplements. You have to take them too long to tell right away if "this is the one". This product, however, gives you results within a few days. It keeps your bowels healthy and moving regularly without causing embarrassing cramps or diarrhea. I like it."

"I have been a type II diabetic for 15 years and have recently been having issues controlling my blood sugar levels with medication (pills). (Of course part of that is my own eating habits :>)... I have been using this product for a couple of months now and I find it has helped tremendously. I started off taking 2 capsules before each meal to acclimate to the product and now take 3-4 before each meal depending on what I am going to consume. Using this product along with the WellBetx Glucose Control packets, my A1C dropped from 8.1 to 6.6 in three months! There was no change in my medication and limited changes to my diet. The product is easy to use and I keep a few in my purse at all times so I can use them when I am out and about."

"I was unsure if this product ever worked. It was a fiber tablet but I never saw any difference in my digestive track. It was supposed to help me loose weight but I did not lose a pound on it even with exercise included. I am disappointed in this product and my pruchase."

"I began to take this product due to a blood sugar problem. I started out with only one pill a day and did not see results for about one month. My wife told me to "do what it says and follow the dose recommended. I have stuggled with losing weight for five years and I am borderline Type 2 Diabetic. Since taking this product I have been losing weight slowly but steadily and the Dr. has me taking one less pill. I have lost over 20 pounds since the end of 2005 and continue to lose 1-2 lbs each month. Me goal is to lose the 35 lbs needed to be off this medication. One exciting benefit. My wife buys me a new suit every Christmas, size 48. This year she could only find a size 46 in the style she liked. When I went to have it altered, the tailor said was too big and I went to a size 44 with a flat front pant. This is huge for me because pleated pants were used to hide the extra weight I carried. Thanks for making a product that actually works."
