"I love these vitamin E. I had to take 2 other vitamin E to equal only 1 of this type. When I saw the ingredients, I noticed that it was the only vitamin e that mentioned the tocotrienols. I take it for hot flashes and it really helps."

"Excellent product, good price. Significantly improved my skin (which is one of the main reasons I bought this product). Just one word of caution, since this is a blood lubricant, avoid taking it when mental or physical activity is required because it seems as though it lowers blood pressure and makes you asleep. But overall very effective in delivering what it promisses."
