"The Health Ranger, Mike Adams, recommended this product, and I rely on his advise when it comes to quality. Sometimes he recommends products that are too pricey, but this one is a good value and affordable. "My naturopath recommends this brand and so do I!! My cholesterol was a little high so my dr recommended adding fish oil first to see how I would do. I take 2 at night with dinner.
