"Optimum Nutrition's whey protein powder delivers on its guarantees. It is a very inexpensive high quality protein and unlike other cheap protein powders it actually tastes great. I feel like I am drinking a bottle of chocolate milk with every serving. The 10 lb. bag offers great economy for those of us who think that the price of some of these supplements is outrageous. "This product is great if you are a lifter or someone who is trying to put on some weight and supplement your diet. Optimum has done a great job with their ingredients, especially compared to what other supplement companies are starting to put into their products. This product contains no MSG, a nuero-toxin that many companies are putting into their products. If you are further interested in this, google MSG and start reading.
As far as taste, this product tastes amazing. Its so good especially if blended or shook with milk. It tastes just like chocolate milk, no joke.
Compared to the other proteins that I have used in the time that I have lifted, this is by far the best protein, price, and taste that I have experienced. Optimum did a great job."

"I have been getting this stuff for years and it has always been the best. However, for some reason the bag I just bought is a little off. The taste is fine, but it mixes like trash. Usually, it would only take a couple twirls of a fork or spoon. But, I have had to use a shaker tin just to make sure there were no clumps. And this is just with water, not milk or anything. Its more annoying than anything really, hopefully it was just a bad batch or something. Will still buy in the future....."

"This is one of the best tasting chocolate protein powders I have ever tried. My recipe is 1 cup skim milk, 5 ice cubes, 1 cup of organic chocolate (or cherry) flavored yogurt and two scoops of powder in the blender. This recipe contains about 330 calories, 64g protein, 42g carbs and only 2g of fat! Best of all it tastes like a great chocolate shake for breakfast! I prefer whey over the soy proteins because whey is easier on my digestion. Another added bonus for me is that this product comes in a 10 lb. bag so there is no large plastic tub to throw away into a landfill after finishing the product."

"I have tried soy protein and designer whey protein and this product beats both of those hands down. The best tasting whey protein on the market. Tastes like chocolate milk, only better. This stuff can be mixed a day or two before drinking and it does not have that nasty chemical aftertaste like other protein powders. Mixes easily with no clumping. I have not been able to beat the price elsewhere either. Will definitely purchase again."
