"I've been dabbling with protein powders since the late 1970s and I usually find them hard to mix, gross and painfully disruptive to my guts. I'm pleased to find that ON 100% mixes well enough with a spoon that I never have to bother with a blender. The taste of Vanilla Ice Cream is... ok. I mix in a small amount of their Extreme Milk Chocolate and that's enough to make it easily drinkable. As for my guts it's disruptive but not nearly as bad as all others I've tried in the past. I'll continue to use this product."

"Not crazy about vanilla in general, but this is a good base mixer for adding fruit for smoothies. My husband likes it as he sometimes tires of the chocolate. I often give him a protein drink in the morning since he rarely eats breakfast before going to work. Mixes well enough with a shaker. Would recommend!"

"I spoon stir this with milk ( or if I wanna bust out the blender I might add a banana or berries). This product is absolutely delicious. I just started my workout so I can't attest to its efficacy yet but I do seem to be seeing gains. it's nasty with water though just to warn you"

"This is the best tasting protein powder I ever purchased. Even my kids like it. Very easy to mix. The 4g of Glutamine is an extra added bonus and really helps with rebuilding your muscles quicker. "This is a great powder to vary by adding different stuff. Mixes easily.
My basic shake is: 1 scoop powder (2 will work also if need more protein), 1 cup water, 2 pkts Splenda, 10 ice cubes, Then add 1 or more of the following:
1/2 tsp dutch process cocoa powder 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, strawberries, or frozen fruit of choice
