"Hello, I've had chronic sore throats and sicknesses for a while, and I'm always looking for a way to better my health. I've been reading so much on how good Flaxseed and Whole Grains are for you so I've been searching for a good healthy cereal I could count on that would benefit my health each morning. Also, I wanted a cereal I didn't have to add Splenda to or a bunch of honey to make it taste better. I've found it. This Flaxseed Plus first caught my eye because of the word "Flax" in the title which made me realize it had flax in it of course. It's completely organic as well and the flakes are Whole Grain, but would it taste good? I've tried some bran cereals that were so plain I couldn't get them down even with adding artificial sweetners, which is pretty sad. The Flaxseed cereal has a great consistency, it doesn't sog down too easily. Visually, you can see that you're eating Whole Grain with the Flaxseeds in them. My first impression on the taste was a pleasant one! The flakes are crunchy and it really reminds me of regular corn flakes, which I'm happy about. We'd all eat healthy if it tasted like the unhealthy foods lol. Because we all know why we eat those unhealthy foods, they're loaded with everything we like, including sugar and more sugar. I've added in some apples and peaches, even a banana this morning, not because I had to, but I like to get a great first meal in with my Flaxseed and one fruit in for the day. The Flaxseed Plus isn't overwhelming or bland, or soggy, it's just right and I enjoyed it. I used to purchase Kellog's Healthy Heart just because of the texture and flavor but it still has too much sugar in it and the Flaxseed is more beneficial to me. It's satisfying and a great choice for anyone. I hope this review is helpful to all you trying to get a little Flax in your diet as well. ;) -Sabrina"

"I have been eating this cereal for years now, and never seem to tire of it. It is perfect on its own or with a handful of berries and cocao bits. It's very tasty, yet very low in sugar, which is unusual for cereals, unless they taste like saw dust. High in fiber too, and relatively low in calories. This cereal is great and is definitely worth trying!"

"I love this cereal. The flakes stay really crunchy in my rice milk down to the last spoonful...NO sogginess. I put in a banana for extra nutrition and that's it....don't need any sweetner as the flakes have a nice nutty flavor all their own. I even eat them right out of the box at night for a "healthy" snack. I just wish the box were bigger so I wouldn't run out so quickly."

"I really enjoy this cereal. Always on the look out for healthy new things to try. The taste is crunchy and stays that way while eating. I use protein powder for milk...the variety with protein powders is amazing. Plain old milk gets boring fast. My only gripe is that I wish the serving size was larger. The stuff is good so I would like to eat MORE OF IT! Oh yes,the price could be better...meaning CHEAPER!"
