"My milk production was dropping when my baby was only 3 months old, so on the advice of a friend I started taking mother's milk tea. It helped a little bit at two cups a day, but I upped it to three to see if it made much of a difference, and it really has - a lot! I steep some extra fennel seed with it as well (about 1/4-1/2 tsp. per cup of tea) since I can get that for a low price from an organic farmer locally. I also add a little honey and then let it cool and drink it as iced tea, which makes it easier to drink and tastes better to me. I think if I drink 4-5 cups a day I might even be able to have enough to stock up for when my husband and I want to go out and leave a bottle at home for baby."

"I had lost my milk supply when I started supplementing bottles. I was down to only an ounce each breast. I drank 5 cups a day for 5 days and had my full supply back. My fiancé was skeptical but became shocked when he saw the results. Also it tasted good. Recommend to all breastfeeding mothers!"

"This tea really works and it's the taste is pretty good. I drank it 3-4 times a day and it helped a lot. Doesn't work as good if you drink it only once a day."

"the price is awesome and the service was too i drink about 4 cups a day and with my blessed thistle and fenugreek they have all worked well together i do still need to take my reglan though. i love nursing my daughter and although ur milk is suppose to increase with each child mine has not i have 4 children and i guess maybe the stress has had an effect on this time around"

"This tea has been great...along with Fenugreek pills. I has sucessfully increased my milk supply so that my 5 month old doesn't have to supplement. I was almost through my frozen stores (from before I went back to work) and was starting to get nervous that I was not producing enough milk for him and would have to start giving him formula in addition my my milk. This tea has not only increased my supply enough for him on a daily basis, but I have been able to start adding to my frozen stores again. It has been a life-savor. Thanks. =)"

"I used this by itself and with Finugreek.
It seems to work better with the Finugreek.
I did say the taste wasn't that good but I am not an herbal tea drinker to begin with so you might think its great. I had a baby in the NIC Unit so I had to pump, but my milk didn't come in that good. So I used the tea and the Finugreek and it worked! I would recommend using this with or without the Finugreek!!"

"I used this several times while nursing for almost two years. I worked at a health food store and knew many mothers that had used it, with great success. It's definitely a temp. fix when your body is not, for some reason, producing enough breastmilk. (Google it, you'll find out much more info.) I highly recommend it for a temp. fix, since it can provide comfort/relief to you and your baby."
